Profile Optimization: Setting up and optimizing your profile on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Linkedin or Fiverr to attract the right clients. Your profile should highlight your company's expertise and previous successful projects. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction. Client Interaction: Proven experience in handling client calls and maintaining client relationships. Conduct client calls and meetings to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions. Email Marketing: Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and strategies. Track and analyze email marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with technical teams (e.g., developers, designers) to ensure the proposed solutions align with the capabilities of our IT services and technologies. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
