Role & responsibilities Role Overview: As a Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, identifying, evaluating, and implementing new technologies within the tech team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing systems, drive innovation, and ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes. Key Responsibilities: Technology Evaluation & Implementation:• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities and team efficiency. Assist in planning, testing, and deploying new technology solutions. Ensure successful implementation and integration of new tools into existing systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to understand technology needs and identify improvement areas. Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify manual processes that can be automated and implement suitable solutions. Document best practices and ensure the tech team adopts new technologies effectively. Provide training and technical support to ensure smooth adoption of new tools. Develop documentation and user guides for new technologies. Track technology performance post-implementation and suggest optimizations. Ensure implemented technologies align with business goals and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in coding/programming, technology implementation or technical project management. Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker Strong understanding of system architecture and integration. Experience with evaluating and adopting new tools, frameworks, or platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Hands-on experience with Git for version control and GitLab for CI/CD and repository management is required. Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
