📌 Job Description – Tech Manager / Head of Technology Company: SwipeLoan (KGIL Fintech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) Location: Pune / Remote Experience: 4 to 8 years Salary: ₹8–12 LPA (based on experience and skillset) Department: Technology Reporting To: Founder / Management Team 🔍 Role Overview We are looking for a capable and driven Tech Manager / Head of Technology to take full ownership of the SwipeLoan technology platform. This role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of our Flutter front end and Laravel-based backend, while ensuring high-quality product delivery through collaboration with our external tech partner. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and scaling mobile apps and backend systems, along with team and vendor management capabilities. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Lead development efforts across our Flutter mobile app and Laravel backend systems Oversee and coordinate with third-party tech vendors for timely sprints, QA, and deployments Own system architecture, backend logic, API integration, and secure data flow Guide the implementation of user-centric UI/UX designs in Flutter Translate business/product requirements into technical execution plans Maintain system performance, uptime, and scalability Manage the release lifecycle including versioning, staging, and production pushes Ensure technology stack adheres to fintech and data protection regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, credit, and operations teams Maintain clear technical documentation and workflows ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications 4–8 years of experience in software development or technical leadership roles Strong hands-on experience with Flutter (front end) Good working knowledge of Laravel (PHP backend framework) Familiarity with RESTful APIs, MySQL, and Firebase Ability to interpret UI/UX designs using tools like Figma Experience working with or managing external development vendors Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and documentation Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture-level decisions ⭐ Preferred Skills Experience in fintech or lending platforms Familiarity with KYC flows, credit bureau APIs, and NBFC integrations Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and DevOps basics Passion for building secure, scalable digital products 🎁 What We Offer Leadership role with high autonomy and decision-making authority Competitive salary: ₹8–12 LPA Chance to shape the tech roadmap of a fast-growing fintech startup Collaborative and fast-paced environment with real impact on users Opportunities for growth, innovation, and ownership Show more Show less
