You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOnboarding of new projectsMaintain relationship with the clients by providing support, information and guidance, updates and follow ups while at the same time recommending new opportunities and service improvementsCollect constant feedback from the clients and work with other teams to lay down the requirements and enhancements requiredServe as the link of communication between key clients and internal teamsEnsure consistent performance reporting, detailing client satisfaction, complaints and improvements feedback to the senior managementServe as the lead point of contact for all enterprise account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectivesAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededPlan and implement digital strategies for clientsAlways work towards those goalsPresent and train on social media strategies to clientsAnalyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns Recommend, design and strategy to implement digital projects to increase their ROISet up a list of KPIs to track for each clientPrepare and present reports on their progressKeep abreast with new trends in digital technology RequirementsExcellent English Communication SkillOpen to learning new toolsDelegating and Prioritizing tasks Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SMO, PPC)Good ListenerThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to handle multiple projects concurrentlyExperience: 0-6months Why Join Us?
