Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support - Oversee the CMDs daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Act as the CMD's liaison, handling all communication (calls, emails, social media, media requests) and ensuring timely responses. - Serve as the information hub, keeping the CMD informed on key priorities and developments.2. Vendor and Subcontractor Management:Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the procurement process and during construction.Verify that subcontractors and suppliers meet the companys quality standards and contract requirements.Perform inspections and audits of subcontractor work to ensure compliance with the contract’s quality parameters.9.
