Role & responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy, Planning, and Execution - Develop, execute, and scale high-impact, multi-channel (email, whats app, on the portal, mobile app) campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall business goals, sales strategies, and product / feature launches. - Build out targeted and personalized campaign experiences for different audience segments to optimize engagement and conversion rates to push cross-sell, improve churn to active agent conversions. 2. Performance Optimization & Testing - Lead regular A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance and minimize acquisition costs. - Analyze campaign data, report insights, and recommend actionable strategies to improve KPIs such as GTV , Cross-sell, active agent base - Use analytical tools and software to monitor and refine campaign performance continuously. 3. ROI Maximization & Cross-functional management - Oversee and manage substantial ad budgets across multiple platforms, optimizing allocations based on performance data to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). - Work on optimizing the ROI of campaign with the campaign sponsors, across sales, product and Operation teams 4. Data Analysis & Reporting - Prepare in-depth campaign performance reports, translating data into clear and actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance reporting mechanisms and deliver real-time performance metrics. Responsibilities:Hotel Booking: Process and confirm hotel reservations for clients based on their preferences, requirements, and travel dates.Availability Checks: Continuously monitor room availability, rates, and policies, providing clients with the best options.Booking Modifications: Handle changes to reservations such as cancellations, amendments, upgrades, and special requests.Confirmation & Follow-Up: Send booking confirmations, detailed itineraries, and payment receipts to clients. Follow up on any last-minute changes or special accommodations needed.Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in hospitality management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.Experience:Proven experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service within the travel or hospitality industry (1-2 years preferred).
