Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales GrowthIdentify and target potential customers, including real estate developers, commercial property owners, and industrial clients.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.Work closely with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand their elevator requirements.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.3. Market Research & Competitor AnalysisMonitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Identify new market opportunities and suggest strategies to enhance competitive advantage.Provide insights to management on pricing strategies and product positioning.4. Tendering & Proposal ManagementPrepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders for projects.Work closely with the technical and operations team to ensure feasibility and accurate cost estimation.Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability.5. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and conversion rates.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of the elevator industry, including product features and technical aspects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven approach.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 4+ years of experience in business development or sales in the elevator industry only.Preferred: Prior experience in handling B2B sales, government tenders, and large-scale commercial projects.we are looking for candidates from Elevator background only.
