Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales. Engage with customers professionally and persuasively to promote products/services. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving queries effectively. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective telephonic communication. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call information. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and convert high-quality leads. Provide feedback on customer needs, challenges, and trends to improve sales strategies. Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi . Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Customer Handling: Strong customer interaction and persuasion skills. Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales-related software.
