Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from clients to generate leads for real estate sales. Provide excellent customer service by resolving client queries and concerns. Identify potential customers' needs and preferences to upsell/cross-sell properties effectively. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into actual deals. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or real estate sales. Strong communication skills in Hindi and can speak basic English (Marathi language proficiency an added advantage). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily targets. Ability in using computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
