Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers including architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners. Explain the features, types, and benefits of marble and other stone products. Generate interest and qualify leads for the field sales team. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide basic product and pricing information. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel. Schedule meetings or showroom visits for interested clients with the Business Development team. Assist with post-sale follow-ups and feedback collection. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversion.
