Job Title: Female Telecaller Location: AC Milan Football Academy, Kochi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0 to 2 years Freshers can apply Job Description: AC Milan Football Academy Kochi is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. As the voice of our prestigious international academy, you will play a key role in connecting with parents and students, sharing information about our training programs, and building positive relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain the academy’s football programs. Handle incoming queries related to admissions, training schedules, and program details. Maintain call logs, update CRM, and follow up with interested candidates. Assist in lead generation and coordination during academy events. Build and maintain a strong rapport with parents and students. Maintain professionalism and uphold the brand image of AC Milan. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam . Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. Ability to multitask and work independently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
