Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Safety Products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele sales, specifically in the field of engineering or fire safety. The Tele Sales Executive will establish and nurture client relationships, identify business opportunities, and meet sales targets. Key Activities & Responsibilities: · Generating Sales Leads: Contacting prospective clients, delivering persuasive sales pitches, and negotiating deals. · Maintaining Relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers to retain and grow business. · Product/Service Knowledge: Understanding the company's products or services to effectively answer customer questions and address their needs. · Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies. · Communication & Negotiation: Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and persuade them to make a purchase, and negotiating deals to close sales. · Customer Service: Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service. · Database Management: Entering and updating customer information in the CRM system. · Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales to track progress and identify trends. Education: 12th, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Experience: Proven track record of 1 to 2 years in calling. Required Skills and Capabilities: Strong knowledge of fire and safety products, industrial products, micro-electrical products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Understanding industry regulations and safety standards is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
