Job Title: Tele Caller Experience: 0 to 1 year Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and supporting sales activities through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain products/services and generate interest among potential customers. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Meet daily and monthly call and lead generation targets. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions. Update CRM or relevant databases regularly with call details and outcomes. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and/or English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Qualifications: Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
