Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Explain and promote travel packages and services offered on the Travelkida platform. Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. Maintain records of conversations and update CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and support the sales team with lead generation. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and polite communication. Requirements 01 year of experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales. Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools. Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle rejection.
