Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Telecallers / Telemarketers to join our sales and marketing team. The primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients via phone calls, understand their requirements related to website design, digital marketing, or printing services, and communicate these details to the relevant teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring client needs are met efficiently and involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and data collection. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients to gather their requirements for website design, digital marketing, or printing services. Accurately document client requirements and share them with the appropriate team members. Maintain and update records of client interactions and data in an organized manner. Collect relevant data from known websites and keep it systematically in spreadsheets. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and client requirements collected. Follow up with clients if they are unavailable during the initial call to ensure their needs are captured. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Required Skills: Proficient in Spoken English: Clear and effective communication is essential. Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
