Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, or support customer service objectives. Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and provide information. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients. Record customer details, call notes, and feedback accurately in the system. Meet daily and weekly call and conversion. Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a polite and professional manner. Schedule appointments or demos as needed. Preferred candidate profile
