Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from clients, understand their requirements, and provide solutions. Follow up with leads generated through telemarketing campaigns to convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software. Identify potential customers' needs and preferences to upsell/cross-sell real estate services. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly targets.
