Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification & Filtering: Conduct outbound cold calls and respond to inbound inquiries to identify qualified prospects based on investment intent, budget, and timeline. Client Needs Assessment: Understand and evaluate the investment goals of prospects, filtering high-potential leads for the investment sales team. Initial Product Pitch: Deliver compelling overviews of real estate offerings, highlighting key features, USPs, and market trends tailored to each prospect's interests. Appointment Setting: Schedule site visits and consultations with the appropriate sales executives, ensuring smooth handover of qualified leads. CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain lead status, call logs, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system to support seamless pipeline tracking. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the investment sales and technical teams to pass on well-informed and sales-ready leads, improving closure rates. Follow-up Communication: Execute timely follow-ups to nurture interested leads, share updated project details, and ensure engagement. Client Relationship Building: Foster trust and credibility with prospects through professional and informed interactions, contributing to a positive brand image. Market Awareness : Stay updated on property developments, pricing structures, and investment benefits to support informed client discussions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline. 1+ years of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or pre-sales within the real estate or related sector. Familiarity with the local real estate market, investment strategies, and property regulations. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and at least one regional language. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales support systems. Strong ability to understand client needs and align them with appropriate real estate solutions. 3 - Months Contractual Role
