CRM, Call Center & VoIP Software Email Management and Sales Dialers Lead Generation, Document Management, and Reporting Tools Calendar & Scheduling Tools and Training Platforms Hiring Platforms (eg, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Apna, etc) Clear communication and persuasion Product knowledge and problem-solving Empathy, resilience, and patience Active listening, time management, and follow-up CRM proficiency and a positive, customer-focused attitude Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field Internship experience in sales/marketing Strong English speaking skills, comfortable with foreign clients Experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role Certification in sales/marketing is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Strong communication skills Answer calls and explain products/services Engage with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media Adapt sales pitches to customer needs Reach out to customers using scripts Collect customer information and resolve queries Record sales calls and deal details Process orders professionally and maintain the customer database Suggest tailored solutions to customer needs
