Role & responsibilities We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them about solar power solutions, and generating leads or sales. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce solar energy solutions. Explain the benefits of solar power and how it can reduce electricity costs. Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives. Follow up on leads to ensure customer engagement and interest. Maintain and update the customer database in CRM software. Address customer queries and provide relevant information about solar products and services. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies. Preferred candidate profile Experience in telecalling/telesales, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Proficiency in [English, Hindi, or regional languages]. Basic computer knowledge (CRM software, MS Office, email handling). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
