The role involves reaching out to potential customers, educating them about health insurance policies, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain health insurance plans. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable policies. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections professionally. Stay updated with product knowledge and insurance regulations. Must-Have Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products (training provided) Ability to handle customer objections and close deals Active listening and problem-solving skills Confidence and a positive attitude towards sales Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
