Role & responsibilities Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients, customers, or leads from provided lists or databases. Contact new prospects or existing customers to introduce the products/services, answer their questions, and promote offerings. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through direct calls, referrals, or online platforms. Qualify leads by assessing their interest, budget, and suitability for the products/services being offered. Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and effectively explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the companys offerings. Tailor the message to meet the needs of the individual customer. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services. Maintain customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
