Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products or services, answer inquiries, and generate leads. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a confident phone presence, and the ability to handle customer objections with patience and professionalism. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of conversations and updating customer details in the database. Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred.
