Roles & Responsibilities: Outbound & Inbound Calls: Handle both outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Lead Generation: Engage potential customers through cold calls, follow-ups, and referrals to generate quality leads for the sales team. Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, availability, features, and benefits. Customer Engagement: Assist in answering client queries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to build strong relationships with potential buyers. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team with interested clients. Database Management: Maintain and update client data accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and customer relationship management. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide relevant information and assist in closing deals, ensuring seamless communication between departments. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to the overall sales goals.
