Job Description: We are looking for a professional and highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our physiotherapy center. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication. Key responsibilities and qualifications include: Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with patients. Provide detailed information about the center’s services and assist with any patient queries. Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions in the system. Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction. Qualifications: Fluency in English, Arabic and Hindi (both spoken and written) is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is an advantage. Ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
