We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting into site visits or sales. This role is crucial in maintaining and expanding our customer base through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads. Explain property features, amenities, and pricing clearly to potential customers. Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team. Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client feedback in Excel. Achieve Targets for lead generation and conversion. Provide accurate and timely information to clients. Follow up with customers post-visit and assist in the sales closure process. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in real estate).
