Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor located in Jaipur at ICA Edu Skills. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for conducting counseling sessions with potential students, guiding them through course options, answering queries, and providing essential information about the institute's offerings to help students make informed decisions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and understanding towards students' needs Ability to provide accurate and clear information Experience in counseling or customer service is a plus Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field Knowledge of the education or vocational training industry Show more Show less
