Technical Knowledge and Language proficiency in English, Answer incoming calls from prospective customers, Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role Education - Any graduate/ post graduate with technical background. Outbound/Inbound Calls:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound calls from interested customers and provide information or assistance. Lead Generation/Sales:Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and listening. Generate sales or set appointments for the sales team. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Product/Service Knowledge:Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system. Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records. Script Adherence:Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging. Adapt and personalize scripts to meet individual customer needs.
