Job description Position : Telemarketing Executive We are seeking a Telemarketing Executive to assist in informing and supporting students regarding our newly launched course. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to students, provide essential course details, and offer assistance as needed. Responsibilities Contact students to provide information about the newly launched course. Address and resolve student queries by providing timely support. Document each call and follow up on unresolved queries. Collect and share student feedback and concerns with the team for further action. Qualifications Any graduate . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English . Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kolar Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
