Tele Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and self-motivated Telemarketer to join our team and help us reach potential customers through outbound calling. You will be responsible for making phone calls, introducing our services/products, and scheduling follow-ups where needed. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to a provided list of potential customers. Explain our services clearly and professionally. Maintain daily call logs and records using our system. Handle objections, answer customer questions, and maintain a positive attitude. Follow up with prospects as required. Record and submit call feedback and customer responses. Report to the supervisor with daily/weekly performance updates. Requirements: Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus). Confident, persuasive, and polite telephone manner. Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM, or any call software). Must have a quiet work environment and stable internet connection. Should have a good quality headset and microphone.
