Job Description

Overview: Responsible for outbound sales calls, improving loan funnel conversions, ensuring process adherence, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in the lending vertical. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Sales Calling (30%) - Make daily calls with a 70% connect rate, follow up on disbursals, KYC, and documents, and assist borrowers with Quick Eligibility Checks (QECs). 2. Funnel Improvement (50%) - Drive Counselling to QEC and Docs pending to submit conversions while ensuring smooth movement across funnel stages. 3. Process & Quality Adherence (10%) - Maintain 90% adherence to telesales quality standards with an effective sales pitch and compliance adherence. 4. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) (10%) - Achieve a CSAT score of 4.5 (90%) through positive borrower interactions and survey feedback.
