Core Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making cold calls to potential customers to generate leads. Following up on leads provided by the company. Using prepared scripts to present products or services. Inbound Calling: Answering incoming calls from customers. Providing product information and addressing customer inquiries. Processing orders and handling customer service issues. Sales and Lead Generation: Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services. Closing sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Upselling and cross selling products. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Providing excellent customer service. Updating customer databases with accurate information. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to articulate product information clearly and persuasively.
