Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients. Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions using company products/services. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge/best practices. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing/cold calling industry. Strong convincing power to close deals and meet sales targets. Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
