Designation - Client Success Associate/ Sales Executive Call HR Prashanth ( 9632571780) Key Responsibilities Collecting monthly retainer fees from clients as per agreed timeline Client acquisition based on targeted leads Work with senior advocates to prevent client harassment Work with senior advocates to ensure quick settlement Negotiation with bank officials and recovery agencies Skills Required Good communication Client Relationship Client Acquisition Negotiation Job Requirements Sales Experience: min 6 months to 1 year, max 2 years. Preferred inside sales experience of call centre sales, insurance sales Salary: 18,000 to 22,000 in hand (+ performance incentives Rs 5,000+) Laptop and handset (we can provide laptop on rental) Why candidates from call centre sales & insurance sales prefer us: - No cold calling of 100s of numbers, only 3-4 filtered leads given every day - Conversion is very easy, no push sales - No late sitting, office time is strictly 10-6pm - No attrition as most people succeed and earn good incentives Hard Criteria for Rejection: 12th pass & not pursuing graduation Age 26 or more Sales experience less than 6 months Type of experience - field/retail/FMCG sales (not relevant for us) Type of products sold - credit card/loan (we don't consider this sales experience) Current salary more than 22k Planned significant leaves (> 1 week) in first 90 days Low energy level
