Job Description

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele Sales Executive (Female) to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively. The ideal candidate must have excellent voice modulation and fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati . Prior experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information to customers. Effectively communicate and pitch company services and offerings. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records. Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow-ups. Requirements: Excellent communication and voice clarity in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati. Previous experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the real estate sector. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and CRM updates. Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
