Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic TELESALES EXECUTIVE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing multiple processes, and handling data in Google Sheets. You will be using a manual/auto dialer and will have the opportunity to earn incentives based on customer visits and vehicle purchases. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers using a manual/auto dialer. Contact customers who have visited our website for used small commercial loading vehicles or have met our field team. Understand customer requirements and recommend the nearest 91 Truck Store for their needs. Schedule customer visits to the suggested store and follow up accordingly. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries. Work on multiple processes, including customer service, data entry, and data management in Google Sheets. Maintain and update customer records accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets. Working Hours: 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday). Fixed off on Sunday . 2 Saturdays off per month (flexible). Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Working Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
