The ideal candidate should possess a pleasing personality , a customer-centric approach , and a passion for sales . The primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers, convert leads into clients, and contribute to business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Strong command over English and Hindi (spoken & written). Personality Traits: Should have a pleasing personality , confidence , and a positive attitude . Sales Skills: Ability to convince , negotiate , and close deals effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions. Passion to Excel: Highly motivated , goal-oriented , and willing to go the extra mile to achieve success. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM software , MS Office , and call handling tools is an advantage. Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
