Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with 0 -2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls : Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services, answer queries, and close sales. Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals. Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management. Database Management : Update customer records and sales activity accurately in the CRM system. Problem Solving : Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market feedback. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 0-2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner. Customer Focus : Strong ability to understand and meet customer needs while delivering exceptional service. Target-Oriented : Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software. Problem-Solving : Ability to quickly identify customer issues and offer effective solutions. Team Player : Collaborative with the team while being self-motivated.
