Job Title: Telecaller (Real Estate Background Preferred) Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresher, we value strong communication skills and a passion for real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information on real estate properties, and contributing to our sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to available real estate properties. Provide accurate and clear information to clients about property details and offers. Schedule site visits, appointments, and follow-up calls. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly. Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions. Qualifications: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but freshers are also welcome to apply. A keen interest or background in real estate is preferred. Goal-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office). Preferred Skills: Prior experience in the real estate industry. Knowledge of property market trends and customer preferences.
