Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting IT hardware products and services. Answer inbound calls and provide information about the companys IT hardware offerings, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Provide technical information on IT hardware products, such as computers, servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure products. Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and budget. Cross-sell and upsell related products and services where possible. Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and meet sales targets. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally. Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Track and report daily activities and sales progress to management. Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role (experience in IT hardware is a plus). Knowledge of IT hardware products, technology, and industry trends. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to explain complex technical products in simple terms. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism. Basic understanding of CRM systems and MS Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
