Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Admissions Department at IIMT University. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing information about courses, and guiding prospective students through the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries. Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures. Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle queries and resolve concerns professionally. Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle calls efficiently and persuasively. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
