Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller Cum Test Administrator. This dual role combines the responsibilities of managing inbound and outbound calls, promoting services, and handling administrative duties for test management. The candidate will be expected to communicate effectively with potential clients/students, ensure the smooth execution of tests, and provide a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students or clients, providing them with information about our services, courses, and upcoming test schedules. Answer inbound calls and resolve any queries related to tests, courses, or other services offered. Schedule and coordinate test sessions for candidates as per their availability and requirements. Ensure smooth administration of tests, including registration, attendance tracking, and managing the test environment. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and test results. Coordinate with other team members to ensure the seamless execution of tests and client support. Follow up with candidates to ensure they have all necessary information and documentation for test participation. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all queries are handled promptly and professionally..
