Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telecaller to join our team. This role involves engaging with existing clients for upselling products/services and managing debt collection efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling a high volume of calls, negotiating with customers, and working under performance-driven incentives. Upselling: Engage with existing clients to promote and sell additional products/services. Customize sales strategies based on customer needs and preferences. Meet or exceed daily sales targets. Debt Collection: Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans. Manage assigned accounts and implement effective collection strategies. Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy. Preferred candidate profile : Good English communication skills are required. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets. Willingness to work on last Sunday of the month. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Freshers also invited to apply for this role.
