Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078 Position: Telecaller Experience Required: 0-1 year Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and follow-up schedules. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management. Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and escalate issues as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages Required, e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada]. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle objections professionally. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.
