Company Name: Neuberg Diagnostics Role: Customer Support Executive Location: Perungudi, Chennai Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers booking lab tests Assist customers in scheduling home service appointments. Coordinate and schedule technicians for home service tests. Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively. Requirements: Any Degree qualification. Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer support role. Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage. Shift Timings: Early morning shift 6am to 2pm or mid shift 1pm to 9pm (flexible based on business requirements).
