J ob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our services, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English , with a strong ability to engage and convince clients. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Communicate effectively with clients in Marathi, Hindi, and English . Explain company services and schedule appointments. Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Provide accurate information and resolve client queries. Requirements: Only female candidates , aged 18 to 35 years . 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service. Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English . Strong communication and convincing skills . Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus). Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
