Schedule appointments or generate sales leads for the sales team. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions. Build rapport with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately record call details, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system or database. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all interactions. Generate reports on call activity and performance.
