About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound calls and address customer queries related to drone repairs and services 2. Make outbound follow-up calls regarding service status and feedback 3. Log service requests and customer interactions accurately in the system 4. Coordinate with the technical team to update customers on service timelines and status 5. Maintain and update the service database with relevant records 6. Provide basic troubleshooting guidance as per standard procedures 7.
