About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our programs and answer any questions they may have 2. Follow up with leads generated through various channels to schedule consultations and appointments 3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students in our CRM system 4. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to enrollment 5. Assist in organizing and conducting virtual information sessions for interested students 6. Meet and exceed monthly targets for student conversions and enrollments 7.
