Outbound Calls to passed out students,Admission query handling ,Lead Generation.Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to passed-out students from provided databases to introduce our educational programs and services. Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through various marketing channels. Conduct surveys and gather information to understand student needs and interests. Admission Query Handling: Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding admission processes, course details, and eligibility criteria. Provide accurate and detailed information about our programs, fees, and admission requirements. Address student concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on their interest and eligibility. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead information in the CRM system. Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Schedule appointments for potential students with admissions counselors. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions. Generate reports on call activity and lead generation performance. Update and maintain the student database.
